Tate planned to propose when they were on vacation over Memorial Day weekend! They were "walking to dinner" when he popped the question; it was the happiest moment of our lives! Alyssa's sister was hiding in the bushes to videotape the proposal which was the best surprise.

Afterwards, they went down to the beach to take more pictures with their photographer. Little did Alyssa know, the surprises weren’t over. Both of their families were waiting at a bonfire on the beach, ready to celebrate their engagement with them!
